Moira, I'm one of those reading addicts you describe so well in your bio. In fact I can't think of any British fiction I don't like (and down here in Oz the fiction we studied at school was 80% British), but modern novelists like Zadie Smith always grab me, and Nick Hornby too, as long as he's not writing about football. I'm looking forward to reading more here!
